If you have a problem, we will solve it. Refund it. Whatever it takes. Simply get in touch.

If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, you can return your CozyBand within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

To start a return, please contact us. We'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Extended Holiday Return Policy

Purchases made between November 25th and December 25th, are eligible for return until January 31st of the following year.
