Please use the tracking link you received via email or SMS to track your order. 

Once your order gets handed off to USPS by our overseas shipping partner, you will then be able to use the "Last Mile Delivery Tracking Number" from the original tracking page to look it up on the USPS Tracking Page for even more details such as your expected date of delivery.

Shipping typically takes 8-14 days. If it has taken longer than that, please contact us and we will investigate further.

Using My CozyBand

Simply connect the included micro USB cable to the charging port.

The charging port can be found via a small slit in the headband material behind the control module, as shown here:

The most common reason your CozyBand may sound quiet or muffled is that the actual individual speakers aren't positioned directly over your ears. 

Adjust the speakers within the headband material by sliding them into the correct position. Once over your ears, the sound should be loud and clear.

Yes! First remove the electronics from your CozyBand by sliding them out of the opening in the back of the headband material. Once removed, you can then hand or machine wash. Once dry, you can reinsert the electronics.
